     JL-1200D全自動開槽機，綜合了JL-1200半自動無塵開槽機和JL-1200B推機式自動開槽機諸多優點，科學升級，精心改良。通過耐磨皮帶的摩擦力以及調節板厚的限位裝置達到自動、高效、連續進板；通過兩邊鋁導軌以及可調節彈性滾針軸承裝置導向，自動糾偏定位灰板；數條皮帶將要開槽的紙板與滾筒無間隙捆綁輸送到刀具位置進行開槽，開槽尺寸角度精準。速度是以往人工送板速度的數倍（30-45米/分鐘）。

    This machine combines the advantages of JL-1200 semi-automatic dust-proof slotting machine and JL-1200B automatic slotting machine, which is improved scientifically and carefully. It can feed the board automatically, efficiently and continuously by the friction of belt and the limiter adjusting thickness of the board. It can adjust and position the grey board by aluminum rail and adjustable elastic needle bearing. The belts send the board to the blade for slotting by bind it to the cylinder and the slotting size and angle is accurate. Its speed is several times faster than before feed board manually（30-45m/min）.
